1. WHAT IS RANDOM/RANDOM RETURN POLICY?
We accept online returns of unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Original shipping fees or customs duties are non-refundable.


2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ITEM TO BE DELIVERED?
RANDOM/RANDOM ships items on the same day of purchase. UPS is our preferred shipping partner and their shipping timeframe is a follows depending on the shipping address provided: 

UPS Ground – 1 to 4 business days
UPS 3 Day Select – 1 to 3 business days

UPS 2nd Day Air – 1 to 2 business days

UPS Next Day Air – 1 business day

3. CAN YOU DELIVER ANYWHERE?
We ship domestically to anywhere in the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO or US Territories.

4. DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?
Unfortunately, not yet. For now we only serve the U.S. market.
Global shipping will be implemented in early 2025. Stay tuned.

5. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED BY RANDOM/RANDOM?
RANDOM/RANDOM accepts all major credit and debit cards as a form of payment.

6. WHAT IS RANDOM/RANDOM FABRIC MADE OF?
RANDOM/RANDOM fabric for the current collection is manufactured in Japan. It is made using Suvin cotton grown sustainably and organically in India. Suvin cotton is the rarest type of cotton, with the longest and finest fiber in the world, which delivers an extraordinary softness and durability. 

7. HOW MANY ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE PER DROP?
Items quantity will vary from drop to drop. The launch collection is produced in edition of 10, meaning only 10 items are available per style. White #1 & #2, Black #1 & #2, do not include a printed photograph and are not limited edition items. 

8. IS RANDOM/RANDOM A REAL COMPANY?
Yes, and it is headquartered in Brooklyn, NY, at 55 Water St, floor 3. If you you’re around, stop by and say hi. Although we don’t have yet a permanent physical retail location, we host pop-up shops in NYC and in many other locations around the U.S. and worldwide very soon. 

9. WHAT IS THE MEANING OF LIFE?
RANDOM/RANDOM is about less control and more flow. Flow being the state of pure integration with your surroundings, other people, your inner self, nature, the universe and whatever superior power or being you believe in. It’s the state of oneness. Even though we don’t have the answer for this question, we believe the meaning of life can be found in the present moment.
