QUESTIONS
1. RETURN POLICY
We accept online returns or exchanges of unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
For international orders, original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.
We don't charge restocking fees for returns or refunds.

2. REFUNDS
Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment within 10 business days. If a purchase was made using a gift card in combination with another payment method, the refund will first be applied to the gift card up to the amount originally charged to it. Any remaining balance will then be refunded to the secondary payment method.
Please note that for international orders, original shipping charges and any return label fees will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
3. DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING
We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii for items purchased at our online store.
RANDOM/RANDOM ships items in 1-2 business days after purchase. UPS is our preferred shipping partner and their shipping timeframe is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping address provided.
At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO or US Territories.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to 71 countries and DHL is our preferred shipping partner. Shipping costs, import duties and taxes collected will be shown as line items at the checkout page.
For international orders, RANDOM/RANDOM also ships items in 1-2 business days after purchase.
Our return and refund policies also apply to international orders.
5. PAYMENT OPTIONS
RANDOM/RANDOM accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover/Novus, Elo, JCB and Union Pay, PayPal, Shop, Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay as a form of payment.
All items are charged in full at the time of checkout when a purchase is made on our website.
6. PAYMENT SECURITY
We take online security seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are in place, in compliance with applicable federal laws, to protect your data from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections, indicated by the “https” prefix and the lock icon in your browser’s address bar.
For your protection, orders may be subject to routine anti-fraud checks prior to approval. In some cases, our Customer Service team may contact you to request additional information before confirming your order.
7. Placing an Order
You do not need to create an account to make purchases on randomrandom.club; however, registered users have access to additional account services dedicated to our customers.
8. TRACKING AN ORDER
If you have created an online account, you can check the status of your order by signing into your account and reviewing your order history.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

9. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Each product page displays all available sizes and colors, along with a description and the item’s material composition. Click on the product images to view additional details.
We offer product-specific size guides on most product pages to help you determine the best size to purchase.
10. TAX AND DUTIES INFORMATION
For domestic orders in the U.S., sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with applicable state and local regulations. We collect sales tax in all required jurisdictions.
During checkout, an estimated sales tax may be included in your order total. The exact amount is calculated automatically after your order ships, based on the ZIP code of the shipping address. The final sales tax charged will be equal to or less than the estimated amount shown at checkout and will be confirmed in your Shipping Confirmation email.
International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Duties and taxes are pre-collected at checkout and shown as line items at checkout. Applicable taxes owed to local authorities are handled by Shopify Managed Markets, powered by Global-e, that acts as the Merchant of Record (MOR) for international orders.
